Wolves FC International Academy Experience Player Development Camp

The camp will be led by two highly experienced Wolves Academy coaches, visiting Phuket specifically for the delivery of this youth player development & talent ID event.

The x3 day program consists of coaching methods and training routines practiced back in UK at their 3rd best of all CAT 1 academies.


Keiran is in his 5th year of elite youth football coaching in the English system. He is currently an academy coach at English Premier League Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, buddying up with fellow coach camp Ryan who together manage and co-lead the U11 age group.

Keiran joined Wolves FC this year, teaming up with Ryan working in the Foundation Phase inside the Academy

Prior to Wolves, Keiran worked with Fulham FC Development Centre as a coach of multiple age groups U8s-U11s throughout the three years of 20122014. He then joined Birmingham City FC and spent another three years at their academy coaching their U11s and U12s.

Keiran was also Trust Lead for Sport at the Prince Albert Primary School; he has extensive work experience in primary schools, educating Sports Faculty teachers on football delivery and teaching the PE curriculum.

Keiran holds a UEFA B coaching license and the English FA Youth Award (Module 1-3) and recently completed the FA Level 4 Advanced Award Youth Development Phase [12-16 years] He also holds a Coerver Coaching Youth Diploma.

Ryan is an academy coach at English Premier League Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, working across several youth age groups in the Foundation Phase (U7-U12). This season 2018/2019, Ryan manages and co-leads the U11 age group.

Ryan has worked in the Wolves Academy since 2016 and during his two-year period, has delivered Wolves FC methodology coaching in Australia, Holland, Germany and the USA.

Previously, Ryan worked for the governing body of English football, the English Football Association, commonly referred to as simply the “FA”. Ryan educated fellow coaches associated with the England DNA and Birmingham City Women’ Football Club, working in their regional talent hub. England DNA: the EnglandDNA.com resource supports English football clubs and coaches at all levels of the game to learn more about the vision for future England teams and players and the working methods being developed and continually enhanced to ensure consistency and connection between all English age-group teams through to the senior squads.

Ryan holds a UEFA B coaching license and is currently completing the FA Advanced Youth Award.

Ryan has recently successfully attained a Master’ degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Loughborough University; this excellent tertiary sport qualification following on from his 1st class honours degree in Sports Coaching Science from the University of Worcester.
