That is why we have to pay attention on what we are eating, and discover what is it that we are eating that is taking out our energy. Here are some top foods that give you energy from Thanyapura’s Nutritionist Marcela Soto.

The first thing to reduce from our diet is all the food that is takes the energy away from us.

  • Meat in excess: Meat products take out your energy and give you heaviness, because the body takes too long to digest them. Even though they are rich in energy nutrients mentioned below, you can’t have them meat in excess.
