March Updates – Triathlon

These are exciting times for triathlon in Thailand! There is no shortage of races all year round, with the Cha Am Triathlon marking the beginning of the Thailand Tri-League series of Olympic-distance races, the Bangkok Tri-Dash series, and the year-end grand finale of the Laguna Phuket Tri Festival.

We’ve got a sizeable contingent of Thanyapura athletes heading to Cha Am for the race on the 14th of March. The roundtrip VIP bus (Phuket-Cha Am-Phuket) is available for 1000 THB for participant and bike, or 700 THB for just your bike. Slots are limited, so book in with us at ASAP.

The SuperKidz Triathlon for ages 6-18 will be held on 4 April. Entry fee is 1000 THB for the general public, while member entry is priced at 800 THB. Register online now!

We have also expanded our training repertoire with the exciting new program for our Tri2 Women’s training group, as well as the twice-weekly Computrainer Sessions with our resident super-biker Nick Gates so you can target specific training goals on the bike.

For the second year in a row, Thanyapura athletes smashed the Challenge Philippines course — known as one of the toughest half-ironman courses in the world. Congratulations to the following, and thank you for trusting Thanyapura as your training base in the last year:
